Our Founders

Pastors Ivan & Tierney Kennedy

Pastors Ivan and Tierney Kennedy are the co-founders and lead pastors of Reveal Church Ministries, launched in 2022. Married since 2008 and parents of four: Cailyn, Cameron, Kainan, and Israel, they lead with authenticity, grace, and a passion for both family and faith. Together, they also birthed Love Is Marriage Ministry in 2018, dedicated to strengthening marriages through biblical teaching, transparency, and spiritual renewal.

Meet The Kennedys

Pastor Ivan Kennedy

Pastor Ivan R. Kennedy

Born in Cincinnati, Pastor Ivan is a Spirit-led preacher, visionary builder, and developer of Kingdom leaders. With a Business Administration degree from Kentucky State University, his ministry roots stretch back to founding the Soul Saving Crusade in 2005. Spiritually mentored by Apostle Gill and Lady Bridget Finley of Heavenly Outpour Church, he was trained in prophetic insight, servant leadership, and pastoral identity.

He was licensed as an Evangelist in 2007 by the late Bishop Dr. Charles V. Lee and Co-Pastor Dr. Nancy A. Lee, and later ordained as Pastor under the leadership of his parents, Pastors Richard and Artice Kennedy of Operation New Life Ministries, continuing a generational legacy of faith. In 2025, Pastor Ivan launched JITM Leadership Training & Consulting to mentor emerging leaders in ministry, business, and community transformation. Known for his bold preaching and uncompromising love for truth, his life is marked by perseverance, vision, and purpose.

Pastor Tierney Kennedy

Pastor Tierney Kennedy

A native of Chicago's South Suburbs, Pastor Tierney is a servant-leader, creative visionary, and mentor. She holds degrees in Business Management and Finance, an MBA, and is pursuing a Master's in Biblical Leadership and Counseling. With a heart for restoration and empowerment, she ministers through women's ministry, marriage enrichment, youth mentorship, and Spirit-led dance.

She develops faith-based curricula that equip women, teens, and couples to walk in healing, identity, and purpose. Through prophetic dance, she ushers in healing and breakthrough, teaching others to minister through movement as intercession. Known for her authenticity, biblical depth, and nurturing presence, Pastor Tierney is passionate about helping others overcome trauma, rediscover their worth, and walk confidently in God's design for their lives.

Their Journey

Before founding Reveal Church, the Kennedys served faithfully at Vision Faith Church under Pastors Jerome and Latunya Dial, where they were commissioned into pastoral ministry. Whether leading through Reveal Church, Love Is Marriage, or traveling to minister, their mission remains clear: building strong families, cultivating spiritual growth, and revealing the heart of God to every generation.
